Terms of Service
The information contained herein shall be deemed "Confidential Information" and is considered the intellectual property of ESP. Any employee who knowingly steals, or without authorization appropriates, takes, carries away, or conceals, or by fraud, artifice or deception obtains such information shall be in violation of written policy with regards to unauthorized disclosure.
Additionally, any employee who, without authorization prints, copies, duplicates, downloads, uploads, alters, destroys, photocopies, replicates, transmits, delivers, mails or conveys such information shall be in violation of written policy with regards to unauthorized disclosure of ESP Intellectual Property.
Disclosure of ESP confidential information, proprietary information or intellectual property for personal or private interest, will be considered an illegal and unethical attempt to steal, or will be regarded as having stolen, from ESP, and will be deemed an act of embezzlement and fraud. Individuals who have been determined to be involved in such activities as hereinabove stated shall be in violation of written security policy, and will be subject to immediate termination of employment, in addition to civil and criminal prosecution.
